Do you offer short-term sessions or only long programs?
I offer both. You can book a single intensive session (90–120 minutes), or engage in structured 3- or 6-month programs for deeper support. We can explore what works best for your needs during our initial clarity call.

Absolutely. I work with individuals and organizations alike. For companies, I offer emotional intelligence workshops, executive coaching for key talent, and team resilience training. All services are customized to align with company culture and strategic goals.
